Browne announces the integration of Enisca Group Companies

Browne Group, part of Renew Holdings plc, is pleased to announce the full integration of the Enisca Group into its operations, expanding our capacity to deliver both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects across the UK water and environmental sectors.

As part of this evolution, Enisca Browne will now operate as the dedicated non-infrastructure division within Browne Group. This strategic integration unites deep technical expertise, complementary delivery experience, and a shared focus on providing agile, smart, sustainable engineering solutions to clients across the UK.

The move reflects Browne Group’s ongoing commitment to aligning its operations with the needs of a sector preparing for the demands of AMP8 and beyond. The Group is now positioned to offer broader capabilities, increased agility, and greater geographic coverage in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Browne Group’s expanded offer includes the design and delivery of capital investment programmes, MEICA installations, reactive maintenance, and digital optimisation, underpinned by a collaborative approach and a commitment to engineering that delivers long-term value to communities and clients alike.

Through Profitec Solutions, the Group also brings specialist capabilities in electrical engineering, system integration, and process automation, including the off-site manufacture of package plant and the delivery of high-quality switchboards and control systems.

As part of the integration, Browne has undertaken a brand refresh to bring the look and feel of the business in line with its new structure and tier-one delivery capability. The refreshed brand also supports  our recruitment drive as Browne continues to grow and invest in its people across the UK.
