Key Competencies

Personal Attributes

Must be able to work to own initiative and as part of a team. With hybrid working, must be self-motivational. Due to the locations of our works, a full driving license is necessary. Competent with Microsoft Office packages & SharePoint.

Technical Specification

  • Experience of producing required Technical Handover Documentation, and meeting deadlines.

  • Knowledge of construction & utilities sectors is desirable, and of construction sites H&S rules.

Essential Qualifications

  • Full driving license

Desirable Qualifications

  • CSCS or equivalent

  • EUSR National Water Hygiene

Training can be provided if needed.

Role Purpose

To produce all areas of ‘Handover Documentation’ to clients required standard. This will involve liaising with Site Team and external suppliers, producing documentation such as Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Training Plans, Health & Safety Files and Asset Data Registers.

Role Summary

  • Technical Authoring of:

o   O&M Manuals

o   H&S Files

o   Training Plans

o   Asset Data Register

  • Working to tight deadlines

  • Liaising with others

  • Ability to attend operational & in-construction sites

  • Printing & general admin tasks

  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
